London Police Arrest Man Outside Buckingham Palace

London police arrested a man today, Tuesday, after he approached the gates of Buckingham Palace and threw items "suspected to be firearm cartridges" onto the palace grounds. The police stated in a statement: "The man was arrested on suspicion of possessing a weapon (with intent) to attack." The statement added that police officers detained the man and established a security cordon around the incident site.
