Title: Civilian Killed Due to Russian Shelling in Kherson

The governor of the Kherson region in southern Ukraine, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported that "a civilian was killed after Russian forces shelled the city of Kherson. One of the shells exploded right in the middle of the room." He noted that "there is another woman trapped under the rubble, but she is still alive." Ukrainian authorities also stated that "the Russians shelled southern Dnipropetrovsk region last night, resulting in one injury and damage to three homes."
