The Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has issued Decree No. (21) of 2023, appointing Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as the First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, and Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as the Second Deputy Ruler of the emirate. Each of them will exercise the authorities entrusted to them by the Ruler of Dubai.
