Several media reports today, Friday, indicated that the Epsilon S rocket belonging to the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency exploded during an engine test at the Noshiro test site in northern Japan. Kyodo News reported that the rocket exploded one minute after the second stage of the engine test was initiated.
