Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan appointed his spokesperson, Ibrahim Kalin, as the head of the National Intelligence Agency today, Monday, according to the presidential communications office. Erdogan had appointed Hakan Fidan, who held the position of head of intelligence since 2010, as the Minister of Foreign Affairs on Saturday.
