A total of 142 settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque today, Monday, from the direction of the Mughrabi Gate, under heavy protection from the Israeli police. Local sources reported to "Wafa" that these settlers carried out provocative tours and performed Talmudic rituals in the mosque's courtyards. Police forces were deployed in the courtyards and at the gates of Al-Aqsa during the settlers' incursion, imposing restrictions on the entry of worshippers. These extreme calls come amid an increase in incursions and ongoing incitement against Al-Aqsa Mosque, which saw more than 3,587 settlers storming it last February, performing Talmudic prayers and what is referred to as "heroic prostration" at its gates.
