Saudi Arabia Sells Bonds Worth $6 Billion

A banking document revealed that Saudi Arabia raised six billion dollars on Monday from the sale of bonds in two tranches, each worth three billion dollars, with maturities of six years and ten years. The document added that the kingdom sold the six-year tranche at 80 basis points above U.S. Treasury bonds, and the ten-year tranche at 100 basis points above U.S. Treasury bonds.
