Macron: Kosovo Authorities Bear Responsibility for Current Unrest

French President Emmanuel Macron confirmed today, Wednesday, that the authorities in Kosovo bear responsibility for the unrest that has escalated sharply since the mayors of Albanian descent took office in the predominantly Serbian region in the north of the country. Macron expressed hope, during a press conference in Bratislava, to meet with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and leaders from Kosovo and Serbia later this week.
