The firefighting department in the Brazilian state of Pernambuco announced on Friday that at least four people were killed and 13 others injured in a fire that broke out at a children's and adolescents' care facility in the state. Recife Mayor João Campos posted on Twitter: "This is a moment of pain and solidarity... The NGO has provided shelter for children and adolescents at social risk for over 30 years. We are ready to offer full support during such a difficult time."
