He mentioned in a statement on Instagram yesterday, Wednesday, that "the singer is expected to make a full recovery," adding, "her health is improving, but she is still under medical care." Madonna's world tour was scheduled to begin on July 15 in Vancouver and conclude in December in Amsterdam.
