Wall Street Indicators Decline... and Why?

Major indicators on Wall Street opened lower today, Tuesday, after Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen stated that U.S. government funds might run out within a month, while investors await the Federal Reserve's decision on monetary policy. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell by 34.08 points or 0.10 percent to 34,017.62 points. The S&P 500 index also declined by 3.77 points or 0.09 percent to 4,164.10 points. The Nasdaq Composite fared no better, dropping 14.58 points or 0.12 percent to 12,198.02 points.
