EU Representative: Belgrade and Pristina Have Agreed on Settlement Regarding Kosovo

The EU Special Representative for the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, Miroslav Lajčak, stated that Serbia and Kosovo have agreed to the European proposal for a settlement between the two parties. He noted that the leadership of the EU and the United States insists on the creation of Kosovo authorities for the Serbian community, which will enjoy autonomy rights in the region according to the Brussels Agreement of 2013. Lajčak visited Belgrade on Monday and Tuesday, where he met with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić and representatives of parliamentary parties, including the opposition.
