The official news agency Xinhua reported today, Sunday, that the Chairwoman of the Federation Council of Russia, Valentina Matviyenko, will lead a delegation on a visit to China, starting today and continuing until Wednesday. The report stated that Matviyenko will attend the eighth meeting of the China-Russia parliamentary cooperation committee.
