NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg indicated that the alliance has not observed any changes in Russia's nuclear deployment since Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he would deploy tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus. At NATO headquarters in Brussels, Stoltenberg told reporters, "So far, we do not see any changes in their nuclear deployment that would require any changes or adjustments in our nuclear posture."
