Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov confirmed today, Thursday, that he "has not heard any new proposals regarding the Black Sea grain export agreement, which is set to expire on Monday." Russia has repeatedly threatened to withdraw from the agreement unless what it describes as obstacles to the export of its grains and fertilizers are removed.
