He received British Ambassador to Lebanon Hamish Caul at his residence in Yarzeh, where they discussed bilateral relations and topics of mutual interest. He also reviewed the latest developments in the Lebanese and regional arenas with Kamil Douiri Chamoun, leader of the National Liberal Party, focusing on issues of common interest. The "National Moderation" bloc visited Bukhari at his home in Yarzeh, where they discussed the general situation in the country, particularly regarding the presidential election. Ambassador Bukhari affirmed, according to a statement from the bloc, "Saudi Arabia's neutral stance and the necessity of expediting the electoral process."
