India made history today, Wednesday, when its spacecraft "Chandrayaan-3" successfully landed on the south pole of the moon, which is believed to be a potential source of water and oxygen, just days after a similar Russian mission failed.
The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) launched the rocket on July 14 from the country's main space station in Andhra Pradesh.
