Erdogan: We Will Continue Efforts to Extend the Grain Export Agreement

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that he believes his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin wants the continuation of the agreement that allows the export of Ukrainian grain via the Black Sea, after Moscow announced it would suspend its participation in the agreement. Erdogan told journalists that he would discuss the agreement, including the issue of Russian fertilizer exports, with Putin in a meeting expected in August.
