The Russian news agency reported that Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko said today, Monday, that the memorandum of understanding between Russia and the United Nations to facilitate Russian exports will remain in effect even if the agreement allowing the safe export of Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea comes to an end.
