Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov informed the French ambassador that the attack on the Azerbaijani embassy in Paris represents "a flagrant violation of French laws and applicable international law." The Foreign Ministry expressed its protest to the French ambassador regarding the incident, noting that French security forces failed to protect the embassy.
