Stoltenberg: Everyone Agreed on Ukraine's NATO Membership

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg stated on Friday that "all members of the military alliance (NATO) have agreed that Ukraine will eventually become a member of the alliance, but the main focus now is to ensure its victory over Russia." Speaking ahead of a meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group at the Ramstein Air Base in Germany, Stoltenberg pointed out to reporters that "once the war in Ukraine is over, Kyiv must have the necessary deterrent to prevent new attacks."
