India Strengthens Trade Relations with Russia: Tea, Coffee, and Sugar

The Indian Export Organizations Union indicated today, Friday, that a business delegation from India will visit Russia between April 24 and 27 in a new initiative to enhance bilateral trade relations. The President of the Indian Export Organizations Union, "A. Saktivel," stated, "The delegation, consisting of 50 members, will meet with buyers in Moscow and St. Petersburg." He added that they aim to increase Indian exports to Russia to reach five billion dollars in the current financial year, which started this month. The official noted that exporters are expecting to finalize deals to sell a range of products including tea, sugar, coffee, dairy products, meat, and seafood.
