The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority indicated today, Tuesday, that "Ukraine must prepare for exporting grains through the Danube River ports almost entirely, as Russia is effectively blocking Black Sea exports." Deputy Head of the Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority, Dmytro Barinov, stated on his Facebook account: "With Russia effectively obstructing the grain corridor, we must prepare to receive nearly all exports of the new harvest in the Danube ports."
