Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ani Badalyan announced today, Saturday, that "Armenia and Azerbaijan will hold a new round of talks in Washington on Sunday, to try to normalize relations." Badalyan indicated on her official Facebook page that "Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will be in Washington, D.C., starting April 30 for a working visit." She added: "The upcoming round of negotiations is planned to discuss the agreement on normalizing relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan."
