Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati is currently receiving the Minister of Interior of Cyprus, Konstantinos Ioannou, at the Grand Serail, accompanied by the Cypriot Ambassador to Lebanon, Panayiotis Kyriakou. Participating in the meeting are the Secretary-General of the Higher Defense Council, General Mohammed Mustafa, and the Prime Minister's advisor, Ambassador Boutros Assaker.
