The new Thai Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin pledged on Wednesday to achieve unity in the country and implement policies aimed at resolving crises and moving the nation forward. "I feel very honored that today the Parliament has voted to approve me as Prime Minister. I would like to thank the people, the members of the House of Representatives, and the Senate for their trust in me. I feel very honored to serve all Thai citizens," he stated.
