Pakistani police have announced that at least 13 people were killed as a result of two explosions that shook an anti-terrorism office in northwestern Pakistan on Monday. Regional police chief Akhtar Hayat stated that "the cause of the explosions in the northwestern Swat Valley is still unclear."
