Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan confirmed that there are no obstacles to his candidacy for the presidential elections.
In an interview on the official "TRT" channels, Erdoğan stated that his candidacy for the presidential elections is in accordance with the law and the constitution.
He said, "The people elected me as the first president of the presidential system, and thus we have completed the first presidential term."
He added, "Turkey's century is the name of the period in which Turkey will become one of the most prominent countries in the world with the strength and experience it has gained over the past period."
Erdoğan explained that they can work with those who believe in and respect the values upon which the "People's Alliance" is based.
