The Brazilian aircraft manufacturer "Embraer" announced today, Thursday, that it has signed an agreement with "Azora" for leasing aircraft, under which the Jordanian airline Royal Jordanian will receive eight of its aircraft in a deal valued at $635 million. Embraer stated in a statement that six aircraft will be delivered under a confirmed order placed by Azora, while the other two will be delivered from an order placed by Royal Jordanian. The deal includes four E190-E2 aircraft and four E195-E2 aircraft.
