Title: America Concerned About Russia-North Korea Cooperation

The U.S. State Department announced today, Wednesday, that it is "concerning" for Russia to discuss cooperation with North Korea on programs that could potentially violate United Nations Security Council resolutions. In response to a question regarding the talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, State Department spokesman Matthew Miller stated at a press conference, "When you see what appears to be increasing cooperation and possibly military transfers, it is extremely concerning and likely constitutes a violation of several United Nations Security Council resolutions."
