A Lebanese parliamentary delegation, comprising MP Fouad Makhzoumi and his political advisor Carol Zwain, as well as MPs Ghassan Skaf, Elias Estephan, Elias Hankash, and Adib Abdel-Masih, has departed for Washington. Additional MPs will join them in the next two days. The delegation will hold meetings with officials from the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, as well as members of Congress, a series of lectures attended by officials from the U.S. administration, and meetings with the Lebanese community. This visit will last until next Thursday.
