The President of the UAE, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, mourned his brother Sheikh Saeed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the representative of the Abu Dhabi ruler, according to the UAE News Agency early on Thursday morning. The agency added that "the Presidential Court announced an official mourning period and the lowering of flags for three days starting today, Thursday."
