The Lebanese consistently demonstrates high competence in various fields during crises that afflict the country. Today, the achievement comes from the world of orthopedic surgery, where Lebanese doctor Eli Najar, a surgeon at one of the most important orthopedic hospitals globally, located in Nottingham, UK, has made significant strides. Through his research on orthopedic surgery, specifically regarding spinal care after treatment for precise injuries, he was able to establish his work as one of the top six studies by global physicians in this field, including Professor "Lo Huik" from France. This recognition occurred during the annual conference organized by the NASS Foundation, a leader in its specialized field of orthopedics, which took place in Chicago, USA, this year. It’s worth noting that Dr. Najar's research also won the second prize for the best study at the British Spine Surgery Society earlier this year.
