Kuwaiti Court Upholds Previous Ruling on Parliamentary Elections

The President of the Constitutional Court in Kuwait, Fouad Al-Zuwaid, rejected, on Wednesday, the request to annul the previous ruling issued in March that declared the parliamentary elections held in September invalid, reinstating the previously elected National Assembly from 2020. The Constitutional Court dismissed the appeal submitted by several former MPs seeking to overturn the court's ruling that invalidated the 2022 Parliament.
