Kyiv Proposes China's Joining the Ukrainian Peace Formula

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated on Tuesday that Kyiv proposed to China to join a Ukrainian peace formula to end the war, but his country is still awaiting a response. Zelensky made the statement during a joint press conference in Kyiv with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida. Beijing had previously proposed a 12-point peace plan, but Kyiv insists on the complete withdrawal of Russian troops and has promoted its own plan in recent months.
