Polish Minister: Russia Uses Grain as a Weapon

Polish Agriculture Minister Robert Telus remarked to "Reuters" on Tuesday that "Russia uses grain as a weapon," commenting on the collapse of the year-long agreement mediated by the United Nations and Turkey to allow the export of Ukrainian grain through the Black Sea. Telus urged the European Union to contribute to improving the logistics related to grain transport, as an increase in the flow of Ukrainian grain across the border is expected after the harvest.
