Rescue elements from the Marine Rescue Unit of the Civil Defense, along with nearby land centers, conducted a thorough field search in the Raouche area of Beirut, trying to locate a citizen who went missing while swimming in front of Raouche Rock. In this context, the General Directorate of Civil Defense warned "citizens about the dangers of swimming in the sea due to increased wind speed and rising waves, which may endanger the lives of those attempting to swim."
