UEFA reported on Friday that José Mourinho is facing an accusation of using abusive language towards the referee of the Europa League final after footage showed the Portuguese coach yelling at the officiating team following Roma's loss to Sevilla. Mourinho criticized the referee after the match, stating: "It was a strong and vibrant match officiated by a referee who seemed to be from Spain. There were yellow cards all the time." After the match, referee Anthony Taylor and his family were harassed by Roma fans at Budapest airport.
