Rescue teams managed to pull out the cat "Han" from the rubble of a destroyed building due to the earthquake, 49 days after it occurred in Kahramanmaraş province in southern Turkey. The cat's owner, Nida Dina, explained that the building, located in the "On Iki Şubat" neighborhood and consisting of 11 floors, completely collapsed as a result of the earthquake that happened on February 6. The cat remained trapped beneath the debris. She mentioned that she did not leave the area and stayed in her car next to the ruins of her home in search of her cat, expressing her joy at the rescue of "Han" alive on the 49th day. She noted that the cat has a deep wound on its paw and is currently receiving treatment.
