Emirates Airline's CEO, Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, stated that the company still faces challenges in reintroducing the remaining A380 aircraft in the post-pandemic phase. The airline operated approximately 80 aircraft last week, and there are between 20 to 30 planes that it still wishes to operate. He noted that demand will remain strong as it was, with leisure-related flights expected to grow, and time will reveal how airlines in the region can compete. He explained that the company has orders for 165 aircraft and may order more in the future, indicating that A350 aircraft will enter service in August of next year, with the airline set to receive 50 of them over a period of two and a half years.
