The Governor of the Belgorod region in Russia, Vyacheslav Gladkov, stated on Saturday that "Ukraine launched cluster munitions at a village near the border yesterday, Friday, but this did not result in any casualties or damage." Gladkov added that "in the Belgorod region, 21 artillery shells and three cluster munitions from a multiple launch rocket system were fired at the village of Goralievka."
