The "South Lebanon Water Corporation" announced in a statement that "due to the stoppage of the Dahr al-Amar and Zahrani plants from receiving electricity, the main production stations, wells, and distribution stations affiliated with the corporation will be affected. Therefore, water supply will be halted in all water sectors under its jurisdiction." Consequently, the corporation urged "subscribers to conserve water usage and limit consumption until the electricity production plants return to normal operations."
