The Iraqi Ministry of Oil announced in a statement today, Sunday, the launch of the sixth licensing round for gas exploration in several provinces across the country, without specifying a date for submitting applications. The ministry invited foreign companies to submit applications for contracts to explore and develop natural gas reserves in 11 new blocks.
