Palestinian Killed by Israeli Army Gunfire in Nablus

The Palestinian news agency "Wafa" announced the "killing of a Palestinian youth and the injury of another by Israeli army gunfire early this Monday during an incursion into the Askar camp, east of Nablus." Ahmad Jibril, the director of ambulance and emergency services at the Red Crescent in Nablus, stated that "two citizens were shot with live ammunition during clashes with the Israeli forces in the camp, and one of them later died due to serious chest injuries." A large number of Israeli army forces had stormed the city of Nablus from several directions, leading to violent confrontations in the old Askar camp and the popular neighborhoods of the city.
