Fires have broken out for the fourth time in two days in the oil pipes from Iraq in the outskirts of the town of Tal Abass Al-Sharqi in Akkar, northern Lebanon. A patrol from the Internal Security Forces, along with a team from the Tripoli Oil Installations Administration and Civil Defense personnel from the Haissa center, headed to the site to address the leaks occurring in one of the pipes. Residents of the area demanded accountability for those responsible to prevent further sabotage of the pipes.
