The cooperation between China and Pakistan in the field of traditional Chinese medicine has strengthened bilateral relations between the two countries in recent years. At the beginning of this year, health authorities in Sindh province of Pakistan launched a program suggesting that China assist the country in training skilled doctors in traditional Chinese medicine. The organization overseeing the project, represented by the China-Pakistan Traditional Chinese Medicine Cooperation Center in Hunan province of central China, stated that the Pakistani side will select the first batch of 10 young doctors and send them to the center for theoretical education and clinical practice in traditional Chinese medicine for two years. After completing the training, they will return to their country to diagnose and treat according to traditional Chinese medicine.
