On Friday, the Speaker of the House, Nabih Berri, received the Minister of Interior and Municipalities in the caretaker government, Bassam Al-Mawlawi, at the second presidential palace in Ain el-Tineh, where they discussed general conditions, particularly security matters and political developments. President Berri also reviewed political updates and legislative concerns during his meeting with the Secretary-General of the Tashnag Party, MP Hagop Pakradounian.
