The Jordanian Seismological Observatory recorded, today Wednesday, an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.1 on the Richter scale, south of the city of Aqaba. The head of the observatory, Ghassan Suwaidan, reported that citizens felt the tremor at around 2:34 PM (local time), indicating that it is considered weak and not impactful.
