Pakistan: Children and Women Killed in Stampede for Aid

The Pakistani police announced the arrest of 8 individuals in the southern coastal city of Karachi following a stampede incident that resulted in the deaths of 12 people at a Ramadan aid distribution point. The incident occurred after a large number of people gathered inside a factory in the industrial area of Karachi to collect food rations, which are part of charity campaigns organized by local residents during Ramadan to assist those in need, according to local radio station "Geo News."
