Decision Regarding Rached Ghannouchi

The sixth criminal chamber, specialized in terrorism cases at the Court of First Instance in Tunisia, has decided to postpone the hearing in the case against the leader of the Ennahda Movement, Rached Ghannouchi, to a later date in order to bring him from the prison where he is held. This case stems from a complaint filed by a security unionist against Ghannouchi, related to his eulogy for a leader of the Ennahda Movement, where he referred to the term "tyrants," which the complainant considered a reference to security personnel, according to the radio station "Mosaïque." It is worth noting that the investigating judge had previously issued a decision to close the investigation in this case, referring Ghannouchi in a state of release to the criminal chamber for trial regarding the charges against him.
